Kim Crossman, M.A.
I have enjoyed working as part of the Learning Design team at the Dutton Institute for Teaching and Learning Excellence for more than ten years. As a Learning Designer, I work with faculty and other learning designers to design, develop, maintain, and revise online courses. My current professional interests include improving online assessment strategies, exploring ways to reduce cheating in online courses, and learning how to plan and deliver an unconference. I spend my free time reading, writing, doing yoga, running, gardening, playing outside, and having fun with family and friends. My husband and I travel regularly, and I find planning our adventures almost as much fun as the travel itself. We have two adult children, a daughter in Spokane, WA, and a son who is preparing to move to Japan.
